These Terms and Conditions govern your use of bigpirate.pro and all services provided by BigPirate Casino. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account and use the services at bigpirate.pro. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and that online gambling is not prohibited where you are located. Residents of certain jurisdictions may be excluded from playing for real money. It is your responsibility to confirm local laws before depositing.

Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. Accounts must be registered under your own legal name and with accurate personal information.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. Any attempt to provide false information, including misrepresenting your age or identity, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login details. BigPirate is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to protect your credentials. Report any suspected unauthorized access to support immediately.

3. Deposits

The minimum deposit at BigPirate is $20. All transactions are processed in US dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and bank transfers via ACH. Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment processor. BigPirate does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

Funds deposited must be used for gambling purposes only. Depositing solely to exploit currency conversion or other platform mechanics without genuine play is prohibited and may result in account closure.

4. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is $50 across all methods. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours. Actual processing times depend on the selected method and are detailed on the Payments page. BigPirate does not charge internal withdrawal fees.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Accounts with unverified identity documents may have withdrawals delayed or held pending KYC review. Withdrawals exceeding $2,000 require government-issued photo ID and proof of address before processing.

Withdrawals cannot be made until any active bonus wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before clearing bonus terms will result in removal of the bonus and associated winnings.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by BigPirate are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits, and expiry periods. These terms are published on each bonus offer page and must be read before accepting any promotion.

The Welcome Bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Slot games contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live casino and table games contribute at a reduced rate as specified per offer. Maximum bet while a bonus is active is $5 per spin or hand.

BigPirate reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotions, including collusion, matched betting with bonus funds, or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

6. Gambling Rules and Fair Play

All games at BigPirate use certified random number generation systems. RTP percentages are published on each game page and reflect the theoretical long-term return calculated across millions of game rounds. Short-term results will vary significantly from the published RTP.

Cheating, hacking, exploiting software bugs, or any form of collusion is strictly prohibited. Any account found engaging in these activities will be suspended immediately. BigPirate reserves the right to void any bet or game round where system manipulation is suspected.

7. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed at BigPirate are subject to the BigPirate Sportsbook Rules, which govern accepted bet types, settlement procedures, void conditions, and maximum payout limits. Maximum winnings on a single bet ticket are $250,000. Parlays and same-game parlays have separate payout caps as detailed on the sportsbook rules page.

Odds are subject to change before a bet is accepted. Your bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet ID. BigPirate reserves the right to void bets placed on events where pricing errors or data feed failures occurred.

8. Responsible Gambling

BigPirate is committed to responsible gambling. Tools available in your account settings include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 6 weeks, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools take effect immediately once applied.

9. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed using your registered payment method within 5 business days. Balances below the minimum may be forfeited.

BigPirate reserves the right to close accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, show signs of fraudulent activity, or are registered by individuals in excluded jurisdictions.

10. Limitation of Liability

BigPirate is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, third-party payment processor delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability to any player for any single claim is limited to the amount held in their account at the time the claim arises.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.

12. Governing Law
